Senior Pastor, Co-Founder, Recording Artist, and Teaching Leader
Pastor Tim serves as the Senior Pastor and Co-Founder of Connections 3N1 Ministries, Inc., where he combines his gifts of preaching, teaching, and music to lead others in their faith journey. Since answering God’s call to ministry in 1999, Pastor Tim has served in roles such as Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Minister of Music, Ordained Elder, and Teacher. His ministry is rooted in making God’s Word practical and accessible to people of all walks of life.
In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor Tim is a recording artist, songwriter, and music producer who mentors emerging musicians by teaching keyboard and piano lessons, as well as audio-visual and sound production. His dedication to nurturing talent and sharing gospel music has been a central part of his calling. When he’s not in the pulpit or the studio, Pastor Tim enjoys riding his motorcycle, which he finds both inspiring and rejuvenating.
Connections 3N1 Ministries began in Pastor Tim and Pastor Dee’s living room in 2018, as they answered God’s call to empower individuals and families through faith and community. Alongside Pastor Tim’s mother, Pastor Dee’s sister and brother, and their youngest two daughters, the ministry grew in impact and reach. After four years of prayerful work and dedication, they were blessed with their own facility in 2023. As a multicultural ministry, Connections 3N1 celebrates diversity and creates an environment where all feel welcomed and valued. Pastor Tim and Pastor Dee share a deep love and admiration for the gifts of the Spirit in their lives and ministry. It’s not uncommon to find Pastor Tim expressing his affection for Pastor Dee, reflecting the partnership and love that strengthens their ministry and family. Together, they are proud grandparents to two beloved grandchildren and mentors to their cherished Godson. Their leadership reflects a passion for building
God’s kingdom and transforming lives.

Pastor Dee serves as the Executive Pastor of Connections at Connections 3N1 Ministries, Inc., a teaching ministry with a mission to empower all people through faith and knowledge. Known for her dynamic and approachable style, Pastor Dee shares her message of “24K All The Way! Turn Up The Heat!”—a call to be
purified by the baptism of fire, embracing transformation and living as vessels of God’s glory.
As an Evangelist, Pastor Dee is frequently invited to speak at ministries and events, sharing this powerful vision of spiritual refinement alongside messages of hope, empowerment, and the practical application of biblical principles. Her ministry is deeply rooted in inspiring others to live their fullest lives through faith.
Pastor Dee’s leadership is grounded in a commitment to spiritual growth, transparency, and fostering meaningful connections within the community. Alongside Pastor Tim, their youngest two daughters, Pastor Tim’s mother, and Pastor Dee’s sister and brother, she helped establish and grow Connections 3N1 Ministries into a vibrant and thriving multicultural ministry. Her nearly 28 years of marriage to Pastor Tim is a testament to the faith and partnership that guide their shared vision. Pastor Dee treasures her family, including her three daughters, two grandchildren, and her beloved Godson, who are a constant source of joy and motivation in her ministry.
